Can't sign in?

Accounts are created by the assignor's office. If you have not received an invitation, or your link has expired, ask your assignor for a new one, or use the registration page with the email on file to request a fresh link.
Forgot your password? Use Reset password. The link in the email works on any device.

Notifications

The app asks for notification permission right after your first sign-in. If you said no, turn it on in your phone's Settings for Region 14, then open the app once more so it can re-register.

Something looks wrong

Email [email protected] with what you expected, what you saw, and a screenshot if you have one. Include the game number if it is about an assignment. The assignor's office reads this inbox.

Closing your account

Email [email protected] from the address on file and ask to close the account. It is deactivated within 5 business days; sign-in and push tokens are removed and personal data outside the payroll retention period is deleted. See the Privacy Policy for what is retained.
